Peppermint

Have you heard…

According to the Sense of Smell Institute and Raudenbush PhD of Wheeling Jesuit University, the smell of Peppermint has a variety of psychological benefits for people. Their research found that the presence of a peppermint aroma improves cognitive functioning, produces a significant and analgesic effect on sensitivity to headache and can reduce perceived physical work load, temporal work load, effort and frustration.

Try some in your lipstick or lip gloss, or rubbing it on your temples, or in your bath gel or body lotion….and relax!
